UV-Vis spectrometry analysis

Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy is an absorption spectroscopy in part of the ultraviolet and full adjacent visible spectral regions. This method is used to do a quantitative analysis to determine the concentration of an analyte in solution, such as transition metal ions, highly conjugated organic compounds and biological molecules.
